Week END Wrap

by Jo | June 28th, 2008

Good Morning Everyone!  Did you catch the attempt at a love fest between Mrs. Bill Clinton and the Obamessiah?  I have to give her credit - she has backbone.   She gave an Oscar winning performance standing there with him on that stage yesterday.  I wonder if she was imagining her hands wrapped around his skinny little upstart neck? (snort)

Oh for you idiot libs out there who claim Fox isn’t fair - they carried the whole love-fest-attempt noted above: from start to finish.   So stick that in your peace pipe and toke on it awhile.   If your favorite stations did that with John McCain, the electronic circuits wouldn’t blow up … but your head might.  Try it some time!

I took a couple days off work this week — use it or lose it time.  And no, I didn’t get half done what was on the list to be done!   But poo … who cares right?  Sometimes the “to-do” lists just need to go in the trash.

How are the gas prices in your area?   At our favorite station, and no that’s NOT CITGO, its stayed at $3.87 for the last month.  Thursday morning when I left for the beauty shop, it was $3.85.  I told myself to get some on the way back.  Other errands and four hours later, it was back up to $3.87!!  Geez … Nancy — DRILL!

(Groan) WordPress is updating again in July …

Even though I work in a cube, I love the internet, so I RSS feed some web working supporting blogs … like Web Worker Daily.  Half the time I don’t understand or need to know the information they post about - although working at home has its appeal, I have nothing to offer talent wise to do it.   Anyway - back to my original thought … you MUST go here and watch the video.   I don’t care if you have a pent-house office with your own bed … or are just in the mail-room: we all can appreciate and enjoy the video.  What great fun!
