I actually tried to find B. Hussein Obama’s church resignation speech on his website. Yes yes .. I came back alive and unfazed with “change” or “hope”, so no worries please.
But I couldn’t find it.
Let me tell you how I found out though. The SGM and I are braving the isles of WalMart when I receive a text message. It’s Tre telling me “OMG …”. I’m like what? Then the next line I see on my list is “XXXXX: Obama resigns”. My heart stopped and I quickly opened it to read the rest - he resigned his church. She said the Fox News Alert stopped her heart too.
(snaps finger) Rats - this whole mess could have been over if Obama would just quit the race and take his liberal trash back to Illinois.
Anywhooo … On to the “church resignation”.
The below statements and my thoughts are from the report by the Washington Post
“We are writing to make official our decision to end our membership at Trinity.”
Do you have to resign from a church if you’re not happy there? Why can’t you just walk out the door and never return?
“We make this decision with sadness. Trinity was where I found Christ, where we were married and where our children were baptized,” the letter said. “But as you know, our relations with Trinity have been strained by the divisive statements of Reverend Wright, which sharply conflict with our own view.”
“It’s not a decision I came to lightly, and it’s one I make with some sadness,” Obama said.
“This was one I didn’t see coming,” he said. “I did not anticipate my fairly conventional Christian faith being subject to such challenge and such scrutiny.”
Conventional? You have got to be kidding me!! I grew up on a Lutheran Church and was baptised in to the Pentecostal faith later in life. No, I have never attended services in an exclusively segregated church in the black community, but frankly Barrack, conventional does not come to mind.
“It’s also clear that Reverend Moss and the church have been suffering from all the attention my campaign has visited on them.”
“I have no idea how it will impact my presidential campaign, but it’s the right thing to do, for my church and for my family,” he said.
Barrack — if you are so clueless as to why “attention” has been given to your church’s teachings, then you are not smart enough to be President.
These last two statements are the heart of all I’ve read so far. He cannot see why we out here are highly offended by the teachings of his church.
Do you want someone in the highest decision making office in the land clueless as to why people are offended, and concerned, about his associations?
Barrack - your church teaches hate and you haven’t denounced that hate … get a clue.

Yes, as usual, it was all about politics. He wants the Hillary voters in the general election. So, to play the victim again, he says he didn’t know he’d get all this attention about his church. What a foolish man.
