I usually get these and ignore them because they ask too many personal questions, but this one doesn’t. So I sent it out and thought I’d post it here too.
Welcome to the ‘Christmas Edition’ of getting to know your friends.
Okay, here’s what you’re supposed to do and try not to be a SCROOGE!!! Just copy this entire email and paste into a new blank e-mail that you can send. Change all the answers so they apply to you. Then, send this to a whole bunch of people you know, INCLUDING the person who sent it to you. It’s the season to be cheerful!!! 
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Bags!
2. Real or Artificial tree? Artificial
3. When do you put up the tree? Day after Thanksgiving
4. When do you take the tree down? After the 12 days of Christmas
5. Do you like Eggnog? Yes, but can’t drink it anymore — anyone got a sugar free recipe?
6. Favorite Gift you received as a child? Can’t remember that far back
7. Do you have a nativity scene? No
8. Hardest person to buy for? Hubby
9. Easiest person to buy for? No one
10. Worst Christmas gift ever received? Evidently none since I don’t remember anything bad
11. Christmas Cards… Day after Thanksgiving!
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Scrooge
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Usually around November.
14. Have you ever ‘recycled’ a Christmas present? Yes
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Ham
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Clear
17. Favorite Christmas Song? Little Drummer Boy
18. Travel at Christmas or Stay Home? HOME!!!
19. Can you name Santa’s Reindeer? Yup (doesn’t say I have to)
20. Do you have an Angel or a Star on top of your tree? None, no tree this year
21. Open the Presents Christmas Eve or Morning? Christmas morning
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? People over spending and over working themselves for the “right” present, when we should just be thankful they are home and not in a sandbox in Iraq or Afghanistan.
23. Shopping mall or on-line? Online
24. Do you decorate outside for Christmas or just inside (or at all?) Just inside, with a wreath on the front door
25. Favorite Christmas cookie? No bake peanut butter and oatmeal — sugar free again.
26. Do you own Christmassy clothing or jewelry? Yes
27. Do you believe in Santa? DUh!

I hope you don’t mind if I share my answers here… nobody in my family does good email thingees…
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Both
2. Real or Artificial tree? Artificial
3. When do you put up the tree? Sometime shortly after Thanksgiving
4. When do you take the tree down? Maybe… March? (J/K usually right after New Years)
5. Do you like Eggnog? Yes… too much.
6. Favorite Gift you received as a child? Tiger Joe
7. Do you have a nativity scene? No
8. Hardest person to buy for? Better Half
9. Easiest person to buy for? Me
10. Worst Christmas gift ever received? All Christmas gifts are good
11. Christmas Cards… look good over the fireplace.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Scrooge nd/or original Grinch
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Whenever there’s a sale
14. Have you ever ‘recycled’ a Christmas present? Yes
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Pumkin Roll
16. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Colored
17. Favorite Christmas Song? Christmas (Baby please come home)
18. Travel at Christmas or Stay Home? Home, please.
19. Can you name Santa’s Reindeer? In a line up… or what?
20. Do you have an Angel or a Star on top of your tree? Grew up with a star… Angel now
21. Open the Presents Christmas Eve or Morning? Split… parents on Eve, kids on day
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? People and their pet automobiles.
23. Shopping mall or on-line? ANYWHERE but the mall!
24. Do you decorate outside for Christmas or just inside (or at all?) White icicles… a few window decorations.
25. Favorite Christmas cookie? Better Half and Youngest make cookies every day! I eat ‘em all!
26. Do you own Christmassy clothing or jewelry? Does my reindeer antlers count?
27. Do you believe in Santa? Of course!
