WeekEND Wrapup

Here we are again and the holiday season has hit the Cafe. We are two weeks to Christmas and finally have some semblance of decorations up - but no tree this year. With a nine month old puppy in the house, we figured the bottom of the tree would be in danger. So no big tree, just a small one on the mantle.

Oh and there is a present coming early to the Cafe — more when it arrives

Did you all see where people are having a snit about Fred Thompson not having a hunting license, but yet supports gun owners’ rights? ::Knock Knock:: I don’t have a hunting license and I support gun rights. Sure, the SGM hunts, and has a license, but its not something that fits high up on my list of things to do. These people will use anything that wasn’t important in elections decades ago to try and derail the current crop we have to choose from. Get a grip folks — how many of you support your local or state sports teams, but have never stepped foot on a field or court?

A wonderful visitor to the Friday Feast gave me a link to Those Shirts.com. Oh man I could order half the inventory … but I like this one the best. TY Zooomabooma.

Haven’t figured out who you’re going to vote for yet? Don’t worry, there are a lot of folks running around here and there that don’t know yet. In a Coffee Break post at Web Worker Daily, I found a link to Glassbooth. Here you can semi-figure out who holds to your beliefs about this country and what is important to you. I was caught by surprise after I did it, at least he’s a Republican!

Tom Tancredo won’t do a spanish presidential candidate debate. Good for him! We are Americans damn-it!
Did you see where NBC is refusing to run support the troops ads by Freedom’s Watch because they say the website link in the ad leads to a political website. Please tell me when supporting the troops has anything to do with politics?
