If the girl was wearing a crucifix, and ejected for such, she’d have a case. The “Silver Ring Thing” though is not part of the Christian faith, it’s some whacky thing about keeping her virginity. (don’t even get me started on how teens now define “virginity” ) I totally agree that schools have gone nuts in their policing policies, but if you follow this girls thinking, I could walk into a school with a live chicken strapped to my head and say it’s an observance of Easter, and I, the egg.
