“Politically Correct” … these two words make me gag. Everything today seems “pc” now and you can’t speak unless you check an imaginary 800 page rule book or you could get sued; or worse, prosecuted.   

This weekend the country celebrates Mother’s Day.  Some attribute the day’s beginning to many events in history, including using mothers as a reason to disarm during the American Civil War.   Mothers, good mothers, should be celebrated every day, as should good fathers.  I do not feel we need to have one day a year to go all out and honor mothers, or fathers. 

Roscoe is getting bigger and braver, and sometimes on our last nerve.  It has been 8 years since we had a puppy (Bubba) and I guess the SGM and I are getting up there energy wise.  He keeps us on our toes - and its fun to watch him learn and explore.

Question:  Do you Text Message while driving?  

• Big Dog says we don’t need no new laws regarding this.  I agree after reading his post. 

From Euphoric Reality, a letter and request from Ilario Pantano. One point in his letter is about the investigators not finding any spent brass at the scene of the investigation. The SGM told me that when he was there, the kids and older people of the villages would take the spent brass from the firing range to sell. This is because they are so poor. So its evident they didn’t find any at the attack, because the poor had already cleaned it up.
