Socialists in Canada have taken a page from the Socialists Democrats in the US with their own non-binding resolution to pull out of Afganistan.  It failed too.

Duke University conducted a study about obesity in the workplace.  Now what gave them the idea to do this study is unknown to me, but Duke does these kinds of things.  They have determined that obese employees, especially those with a BMI 30 and above cost more healthwise.  I didn’t need a study to know that.  Even though I am a diabetic with a thyroid condition, I believe my health (sans the smoking) is much better than some of the people I work with who are on the heavier side.

Seaspook just comes up with the funniest stuff.  Think I’ll photoshop the title of the post on it and put it up in my cube at work; right next to my Harry Reid surrender cartoon.
