Dear Mr. President;
I realize that Iran has become public enemy #1, making threats an all, but — I would appreciate it very much if you would let the EU and UN handle this one.
We can always back them up with some type of Air Force recon stuff, but our troops are stretched thin and tired. They are doing a great job - I believe that with all my heart - but they need time to recover physically, emotionally and training wise.
I also know that you will do what is right for our country, liberals be damned.

The EU and UN???
With all due respect, I would trust the Camp Fire Girls to protect us from Iran before I would the EU or UN.
I don’t think you need to worry, though. Israel is the country at immediate risk, and they have little problem with “political correctness.” If they feel threatened, they will remove the threat. Period.

Though Peace Moonbeam said it best. Isreal has already stated that they will go into Iran if they have too. So either way the outcome for the American Soldiers like myself is already following Isreal. Cause were such good friends and all.

Hmmmm interesting! We’re too engaged elsewhere at the moment to be able to help save Europe’s butt again… since they so like not helping us, I think this is the way to go. Israel is our ally and we should stick up for them however we can… but the rest, save Britain, need to start doing some of the heavy lifting.

I do hope things work out so that our troops can have a break. The whole country could probably use it. It scares me to see Iran puffing up like they are.
Israel will certainly do what needs to be done, but they are in a political crisis of their own right now. Hope that clears up quickly.
