<p>A Google Search found <a href="http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;q=atheists+billboards">these results.</a></p>
<p>Reading through the various stories written about these billboards the standard theme is Christianity is a myth.</p>
<p>Okay atheists &#8211; if Christianity is a myth, is Islam?  Is Buddhism?</p>

<p>According to <a href="http://www.religioustolerance.org/var_rel.htm">Religious Tolerence.org</a> there are 4o Organized Religions around the world.  Fourteen of these are: Baha&#8217;i, Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Shinto, Sikhism, Taoism, Wicca, Zoroastrianism, and Druidism.</p>
<p>So atheists - here is my question:  Where are your billboards against the above 14 religions?  They all believe in one supreme being, ie: a god; so shouldn&#8217;t you also be attacking them?  The United States is predominantly Christian, but there are several other religions that are practiced here, so shouldn&#8217;t you be attacking them too?</p>
<p>Seems pretty hypocritical that you ONLY attack Christianity but no other religion.</p>
<p>(May be they are too chicken to attack Islam since they have been known to murder people who attack them and Christians not so much)</p>

<p>Anxious teachers at the school have also petitioned principal Shaheem Doutie, expressing &#8220;grave concern&#8221; about an &#8220;inculcation of hatred and radical attitudes towards non-Muslims&#8221; at the school, including towards non-Muslim teachers.</p></blockquote>
<p>Yes, the imam did the right thing by expelling the students. But no where in the story do you find the leaders of the Christian religion sending out a fatwa against the students &#8211; demanding their deaths.</p>
<p>No, Christianity today does not kill people who do not agree with them.</p>
<p>But offend the Muslim religion and boy howdy your ass is on the chopping block &#8211; marked for death.</p>

<p>In September 2006, Pope Benedict XVI <a href="http://www.ewtn.com/library/papaldoc/b16bavaria11.htm">delivered an address at Regensburg University</a>, his alma mater. He quoted Manuel Paleologos II, the 14th century Byzantine emperor, who had said: &#8220;Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.”  This speech set the Muslim world on fire, and the Religion of Peace threatened to kill <a href="http://www.aina.org/news/20060916154058.htm"><em>all Chrisitans</em> </a>because of Pope Benedict&#8217;s speech.</p>
<p>I do not agree with this church in Flordia burning any religion&#8217;s books, but considering Christianity is allowed to be desecrated and abused and shoved aside by the liberals in the United States and the Religion of Peace without any outcry at all &#8211; I can see where they may be getting sick and tired of having to turn the other cheek, while death threats are made against them.</p>
<p>God is the only one allowed to judge here folks.</p>

<p>The Dutch government has warned Mr Wilders that the film will damage Dutch political and economic interests.</p>
<p>Mr Wilders says the film is about the Koran but has given few details.</p>
<p>In the past, he has called for the Koran to be banned and likened it to Adolf Hitler&#8217;s Mein Kampf.</p>
<p>The project has already been condemned by several Muslim countries, including Iran and Pakistan.</p>
<p>Nato&#8217;s secretary general said he was concerned about his troops after the protests against the film in Afghanistan.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A young teenage girl whose misfortune of being born into a family who practice strick rules of Islam was murdered by her own father. </p>
<blockquote><p>A Canadian cab driver charged with strangling his 16-year-old daughter after friends said she refused to wear a Muslim head scarf and follow conservative religious values was denied bail on Wednesday. </p></blockquote>
<p>Do you remember when you were 16 years old?  I bet you didn&#8217;t always do what you&#8217;re parents wanted you to do anymore than I did.  Aqsa Parvez apparently had an issue with the strict guidelines of her father&#8217;s religion.  But unlike the more tolerant religions in the world, the religion of peace (ie: Islam) demands that when a child acts out like a teenager will, they are to be murdered.  That is what <a href="http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071212/ap_on_re_ca/canada_head_scarf_killing;_ylt=Apxbbo5GmL_qGWWLRnRfrbFw24cA">I get from this story</a>.   </p>
<blockquote><p>According to her friends, Aqsa Parvez wore the hijab when she started school at Applewood Heights last year. But after getting teased about the head scarf, she stopped wearing it a few months ago. Friends said she led a double life, wearing track pants to school and then changing into trendier, close-fitting jeans while at school.</p>
<p>&#8220;Her parents would follow her to school or her sisters would and then go home and tell her parents what she was wearing,&#8221; said Joel Brown, 17. &#8220;They&#8217;d come to the backdoors, just to spy up on her. Aqsa was always afraid of them, especially her brother who she&#8217;d sometimes see walking towards her, and she&#8217;d have to scramble to put her hijab back on.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>All she wanted to was be like the other 16 year old girls in her school.  Yes, she should have listened to her parents while she was living with them and underage, but come on &#8212; to murder her for defying them?  How many children would we have dead in this country if everyone was killed for defying their parents? The next generation would be gone post haste. </p>
<p>We all know kids who came to school and put on their make-up there (raising hand), or took off the ugly pants for a mini-skit (raising hand) because their parents didn&#8217;t believe, or want, them to dress that way.  You could go into the ladies bathroom at my school any given morning and find us all there sharing make-up, changing into clothes we kept in our locker; bought with money from our after-school jobs.  Sure sometimes we were caught if mom showed up to school unannounced, but we didn&#8217;t fear being murdered.  </p>
<p>If you want to continue to believe the religion of peace is just that &#8230; reread the story about a young 16 year old girl who just wanted to fit in and was murdered by her own father.  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you all heard about Wal-Mart testing the toy market in the Biblical arena?  I heard a blurb about it on Fox News a few weeks ago, but never really paid attention to it.  We don&#8217;t have children, so its not something I listen to, ie: news stories about toys. </p>
<p>When we got our local weekly paper this week, there was an article in there about it, so I thought I&#8217;d take a closer look.</p>
<p>From the July 16, 2007 USA Today, I find this:</p>
<blockquote><p>Wal-Mart is about to bring religion to the toy aisle.</p>
<p>Early next month, 425 Wal-Mart stores nationwide will begin carrying faith-based toys from One2believe that target parents who would rather that their kids play with a Samson action figure than a Spider-Man action figure.<br />

<p><a href="http://store.messengersoffaith.net/" title="One2Belive" id="zv1l"><font color="#551a8b">One2Belive</font></a>, a faith-based organization is working with Wal-Mart to get the new line of toys in the store.  Some of the toys available are a 3&#8243; Daniel in the lion&#8217;s den, a 12&#8243; talking Jesus and a 13&#8243; Samson action figure. </p>
<p>I wonder how these toys are going to stack up to Transformers and other action figures?   I figure if the parents buy them, the children will play with them.  These toys apparently been around for some time but were sold in religious stores until now.  Ultimately sales will reflect what the children want and how hard they can bend the parents into buying said wanted toys.   I hope this goes over well actually. </p>

<p>British Airways has suspended a Christian woman who wears a necklace with a cross to work, even though it allows Muslims and Sikhs to wear headscarves and turbans.</p>
<p>Nadia Eweida, 55, told the Daily Mail Saturday, that she decided to sue her employer for religious discrimination after having been suspended without pay for three weeks.</p>
<p>&#8220;I will not hide my belief in the Lord Jesus. British Airways permits Muslims to wear a headscarf, Sikhs to wear a turban and other faiths religious apparel,&#8221; Eweida said. &#8220;Only Christians are forbidden to express their faith.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Good for her!</p>
<p>Not found in this story, but what I heard on Fox, is that the muslim&#8217;s are allowed to wear turbins and pray 5 times a day. </p></div>

<p> <span class="sup" id="en-NIV-24822">2</span>&#8220;Are you the king of the Jews?&#8221; asked Pilate.<br />
      &#8221;Yes, it is as you say,&#8221; Jesus replied.</p>

<p>Pope Benedict spoke the truth &#8211; from history and the &#8220;Religion of Peace (RoP)&#8221; are now calling for his death. </p>
<p>May God give him the grace and strength to show the world that the RoP are no better than those that demanded the death of Christ.</p>
<p>Note: I&#8217;m not saying the Pope is Christ &#8211; just that people are demanding his death for speaking the truth.</p>
