They want to regulate everything.

Including …. wait for it …. Goat Herders.

The Obama administration is setting new workplace regulations to assist foreign workers who fill goat herding positions in the U.S. , including employee-paid cell phones and comfy beds.

These new special procedures issued by the Labor Department must be followed by employers who want to hire temporary agricultural foreign workers to perform sheep herding or goat herding activities.  It describes strict rules for sleeping quarters, lighting, food storage, bathing, laundry, cooking and new rules for the counters where food is prepared.

“A separate sleeping unit shall be provided for each person, except in a family arrangement,” says the rules signed by Jane Oates, assistant secretary for employment and training administration at the Labor Department.

“Such a unit shall include a comfortable bed, cot or bunk, with a clean mattress,” the rules state. [source]

EL PASO, Texas – In search of Hispanic votes and a long-shot immigration overhaul, President Barack Obama on Tuesday stood at the U.S.-Mexico border for the first time since winning the White House and declared it more secure than ever. He mocked Republican lawmakers for blocking immigration over border security alone, saying they won’t be happy until they get a moat with alligators along the border.

“They’ll never be satisfied,” he said.

“Maybe they’ll need a moat,” he said derisively to laughter from the crowd. “Maybe they’ll want alligators in the moat.”

Now isn’t that special?  Clearly this was a campagin speech. Gotta get that “undocumented” vote out there on 2012. 

Anyone that reads the headlines and lives in the border area knows the border is NOT secure. 

I kept waiting for the cheery minsterals to come out in their joker hats and start playing a tune around Obama.

How embarassing a president do we have uh?

Yes, Mr. President, let’s build a moat, add a couple DMZ type fences and a few squads of sharpshooters along the border. 

Protect us Mr. President.  In other words – do your job!

Gates on Meet the Press yesterday:

“I don’t think it’s [Lybia] a vital interest of the United States, but we clearly have an interest there,” Mr. Gates said in an appearance on the NBC News program, “Meet the Press” as part of a round of appearances on Sunday morning talk shows. (Source)

Evidently that wasn’t the right answer, as SOS Clinton had to jump in and correct him.

Was Hillary Clinton defending the Secretary of Defense . . . or jerking him back into line?

It was a stunning power play.  On Meet The Press this morning, after Defense Secretary Bob Gates conceded that Libya is not a “vital interest” of the United States–but before he could complete his comments–Hillary cut him off.  She launched into a minute-and-forty-second monologue seeking to justify US military involvement in Libya.

Gates had to sit and take it . . . and never got to say another word. (Source)

Now Obama is going on national television to explain his policy in regard to Lybia.

Really folks – did you think we’d get anything better when we elected a community organizer as President?  This man does not know how to lead.  He does everything by commitee and shows up to the parade too late.

Clearly, SOS Hillary Clinton has the bigger set in this situation.

Do I believe Trump is a birther? 

No – not anymore than I am.

Yes, it would have been nice if Obama had shown his “real” birth certificate and stopped all the controversy surrounding it once and for all.  There were questions about McCain’s birth at the same time but they were squashed.

So why doesn’t Obama produce the birth certificate? 

Maybe its no longer available.   Old courthouses and record keeping facilities burn.  Boxes get moved, etc.  

Could be that document says he’s white and not black?

Does the father’s name differ than what we believe or does it say unknown?

There can be a myriad of reasons why Obama has chosen not to provide the most vital of documents a presidential candidate would need to prove his ability to be the president.

But as it stands – he is the president.  Removing him from office for a birth certificate that shows he wasn’t born in the United States would only give us Joe Biden as president.

Trump (as well as Chris Matthews) have a valid point: produce it to shut everyone up.  But the fact remains Obama doesn’t want the citizens to know what it says on his birth certificate.

Let’s just vote his ass out in 2012 and put it all to rest.

WASHINGTON (AFP) – US President Barack Obama’s trip to Brazil, Chile and El Salvador beginning this week is still on, despite fears of a nuclear disaster in Japan and turmoil in the Middle East, officials said.

“Obviously, the trip is on. The president will be going to Latin America,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said, ahead of Obama’s departure for Brazil Friday on a visit billed as advancing major goals of US foreign policy.

Obviously?

“He is the president of the United States. There are major issues all the time that a president has to contend with, which is one of the reasons why he has such a substantial support framework around him when he travels.”

Yeah – and if Bush had traveled out of the country right after 9/11 or Katrina – the left would have ripped him to shreds. And we do know what “issues” Obama is having to contend with now don’t we?

“You have to remember that economic growth in the United States is the president’s top priority. This trip is very focused on economic opportunities for the United States and the trade relationship.”

 Carney – really. We can tell when you’re lying – stop moving your lips.

This president is clearly the empty suit the majority of us with half a brain knew he was before the election. 

He plays at being the president and is using the presidency to play at whatever he wants to.

We need back bone, strength and clarity in our President. 

Not the ability to fly to Rio and dance or pull a basketball team’s name out of a hat.

What I get from the left getting their panties in a snit about the reading of The Constitution, the founding documents for this great nation, is:

They don’t want to find out where they’ve been wrong.

They do not like the fact it does not say “The Government will control everything while they suck your wallets dry to do so.”

They do not like “We The People”.

The most vile of the left are showing their true colors in blazing brilliance.  Although, their mental strength is really dull through it all.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.): Told The Washington Post that Republicans were peddling “propaganda” and that today’s act amounted to a “ritualistic reading.” 

If the left’s reaction to the document this country is to be governed by does not wake you up to what is going on behind the closed doors in Washington – the fundamental change in this country – then please buy a one-way ticket to China.

Coming back from his tax-payer, all-expenses paid vacation from Hawaii, Obama told reporters the GOP needed to forget about campaigning until *gasp* 2012 for 2012.

Obama went on to say that he hoped new House Speaker John Boehner and Sen. Mitch McConnell would wait to campaign for 2012 in 2012 and that congress would instead work on coming together. Source

That is what is going on in Washington and Obama and his ilk are trying the Jedi mind trick on you to believe lowering taxes is increasing the government’s deficit.

Now, the Government is OUR employee and they are over spending.   They came to us and demanded more paycheck and we said NO on November 12th.

… and it looks like the President has decided to call names, kick rocks and blow snot bubbles instead of admitting the government’s checking account is overdrawn because it spent too damn much.

So you liberal hacks that are hyperventilating over this latest compromises ….  get over yourself.

And Mr. President as to your abysmal press conference today – grow a pair ( or ask for them back from Michelle).

The pre-screening is simply an investigation for those individuals who have prosthetic devices, or like my husband, have shrapnel in their bodies.

It could go something like this:

The SGM and I decide to fly for whatever reason.  He goes to the doctor and receives a certified document stating due to his military service and his time in Afghanistan, he received sharpnel from an IED and there are metal pieces here, here and here in his body.   We then take this document, probably with x-rays, to a local TSA office where he is investigated and its documented about his issues.  Then when we reach the TSA mugging area, his records in the system will show the pre-screening and issues.   There would then be no need for him to be bag-checked physically by a TSA sex-offender to get on the plane.

I highly doubt the new TSA guidelines are to protect the public.  The Obama administration is trying to desensitize us into being treated like the cattle they believe we are so we can become accustom to being treated a such.

This assault on US Citizens most stop now.

Obama Nose in Air

He draw a small crowd of 35,000 in Ohio this past weekend.   This is the largest he has been able to generate since 2009.   Doesn’t say too much if you can’t draw a crowd bigger than a NASCAR event or a Glen Beck rally does it?  

Obama pulled out all the stops, bringing along the misses, to fire up his base while he “played on their fears” too:

“This election… is a contest between our deepest hopes and our deepest fears. The other side is playing on fear. That’s what they do.”

“THEY” is the Republican Party if you aren’t savvy to Obama’s lies.  

The same old tired line is just that — Old.   This man needs a new tele-prompter and writer. 

Of course the main reason he went to Ohio is to try and stop a GOP take over of a state that most agree has to be won by a presidential candidate to win election; or re-election.

Is Obama already in 2012 Campaign Mode?  I think so. 

We are two weeks from “fundamentally” changing this country back to We The People.
