Caller to Rush Limbaugh today read him letters he received from HHS Sebilious in May 2010 that he would not lose his coverage through Medicare Advantage.  He received another letter in August (I believe) from his insurance carrier for Medicare Advantage, advising him they will no longer provide him coverage under Medicare Advantage.   The caller went on to tell Rush he has been quoted a plan by his insurance agent for $2500.  I didn’t catch if that was for an annual policy, but probably is.  Rush asked the caller what he was paying before and told Rush just co-pays and deductibles.

Richard Foster, the actuary for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, also tells Senate Republicans that the overhaul will result in “less generous benefit packages” for Medicare Advantage plans next year. Foster is independent from the administration and non-partisan.

Unemployment benefits are creating jobs faster than practically any other program, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday.

Talking to reporters, the House was defending a jobless benefits extension against those who say it gives recipients little incentive to work. By her reasoning, those checks are helping give somebody a job.

“It injects demand into the economy,” Pelosi said, arguing that when families have money to spend it keeps the economy churning. “It creates jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name.” Source

Nancy Pelosi doesn’t give a rat’s ass about “the people”. Everything she does in Washington is about “her” and her party.

Now she’s claiming affinity with the tea party people.   Nancy – these are the same people you claimed (without facts) they were carrying swastika’s and were inciting violence.

You’re draining the swamp has done nothing but back it up with more putrid rotten political flesh than any other Speaker of the House. Your staunch support of the vile Barney Frank is just one example. Your actions, or in-actions, speak louder than words and your words no longer have weight with the American People.

The Obama administration will call for increased oversight of executive pay at all banks, Wall Street firms and possibly other companies as part of a sweeping plan to overhaul financial regulation, government officials said.

BUT … here is something you may not have heard.  The 90% tax on these bonuses are not just for those getting the hefty ones, ie: $1,000,000 and up, but on ALL PEOPLE GETTING BONUSES WITH A FAMILY INCOME OF $250,000 and higher.   Yup.  If you and your husband make the rich amount of $250,000 or more and get a nice little $1,000 bonus at the end of the year, the United States Government is going to tax it at 90%. ( Powerline: “Are We A Banana Republic?” )

This country was rushed into the largest transfer of wealth from one generation to another for fear that the economic machine would collapse around us.

First Henry Paulson ran around like Chicken Little demanding money for the banks, forced some banks to take the money even if they didn’t need it (Wells Fargo), and then didn’t even bother to set down guidelines for receiving that money.

Now, The Trinity (Obama, Pelosi & Reid) demanded this huge porkulus bill be shoved through congress without one person being allowed to read it and then Obama went out and played.

This is a game to him.

Pelosi & Reid have been wanting to take over the country and mold it in the fashion of Hitler for years.

So while the country was shoved and prodded into eating a crap sandwich, putting the grand-children of many into debt that can never be repaid, we sit and wait for Obama to use up tons of money and fuel flying all over the country before he even signs the damn thing.

Yes – I believe the high gas prices are the democrats fault for not letting companies drill on “our” land.   The cost of importing from terrorist nations overseas countries alone is sky rocketing while we sit flat footed on our assess demanding we be fed with oil.

But — could San Fran Nan have put ideas in someone’s head?

In March 2007 the average gas price was $ 2.90, but by April 9th it had shot up to $ 3.25 per gallon which is interesting since Nancy Pelosi made her trip to Syria one of the largest oil producers in the world on April 4, 2007. Since that time gas prices have steadily rose to the point that most people can barely afford to go to work.  I ran a cross this interesting article this morning in AOL Money and finance where they talk about the seaside community that is paying on average $ 4.29 per gallon as scary as that thought is what I found even scarier is this statement “Such is life at the pump these days. As gas prices surge ever higher, Americans who long resisted cutting back are beginning to find that they have to.” Now pardon me if I sound like a conspiracy theorist here but what better way to make absolutely sure that the people cut back on the those air polluting cars and stop driving those terrible SUV’s than to take a little trip to Syria and discuss the fact that other countries pay much more than we do for gas and it really isn’t fair that we get oil at such low prices.

(Highlighting is mine) Okay so maybe it does sound a little far fetched – but then again, remember you are dealing with democrats/liberals/socialist who believe the government is the best to decide what YOU do with your life.  I would not put anything past these people who want total Hilter-type control over ever aspect of our lives.
