Welcome to the weekend.  Our webbed feet are drying out finally from the good soaking God gave us.  The backyard grass is getting so tall Roscoe doesn’t want to use the “facilities” because it tickles his back end

I clearly don’t understand why people who dislike America, and the way its run, don’t leave.  Really now.  Think about it.  If you are in a situation in your personal life where you are uncomfortable, don’t you get away from it?  So why do these people stay if America is so bad? I believe its because we do have so many freedoms (for now) and other countries don’t.  They hate this country, yet won’t leave because its a great place to live.  I wouldn’t trust anyone that hates this country and stays.  What a pity they can’t figure out who they are.  A good psychiatrist might help.

I  Neil Cavuto.  This man is very smart, but doesn’t talk down to people.  Lately Fox has come out against all that is Statist by Obama (with Fox Nation etc) and clearly the fair & balanced network is showing where it stands.  For America.  Well Neil went on a rant the other day against the democrats continued power grab, to the point they want Tax Cheat Tim Geithner to now set salaries for all employees (down to the mail room dude) of companies that take bail-0ut money.  (How can you trust a guy to give you a good evaluation for a raise if he can’t even do his own taxes?) Neil gave him the what-for and said what a lot of citizens would love to say about this whole bail-out madness.  Its an eight minute video, but well worth it all.

Norton (Symantec) has been our anti-virus, net-protect provider for many years.  We’ve never needed a support person to help us with anything until the other night.  The SGM(r) was having a conflict issue with Spyware Doctor and Norton.  An update made it even worse (we got the wrong one), so I hopped on the customer support chat system and told them what happened.  Since I wasn’t on his laptop, they told how to get him to sign into the assist program, the assistant got on his laptop and found and fixed the problem in no time!  They were amazing.

Looks like we finally are going to be able to get the house refinanced.  We contacted the original people that gave use the mortgage (before it was sold to Citi who won’t talk to us because we are current on our bill).  So in the next week we’re going to get the application filled out and get the ball rolling.
