As soon as they did that they gave control to the US Government.. now I would be just as irrate if they tried it with a company that did not go begging for their survival to the government..

GM stopped being private when they asked for the government to invest in them. That effectively gave the government control as a major investor to ask for the removal of the CEO which is somewhat normal in any company. Get 51% and you can control somewhat who has what positions within a company.</description>
