Hello weekenders!   We made it!  I was able to finally get back into the gym after battling some crud last week and I am dismayed to see how much I lost just in a short period of time.  But determination will get me back to where I was before I was sick and beyond.  

So how was your week? No really, how was it?   How much Glenn Beck, Rush, Hannity and Levin did you absorb? Sometimes these guys are a lot aren’t they?  But they each have something that we can learn from, an idea, a piece of the truth that makes the whole.  Choose one, or all, and watch.   (Seriously, someone get Glenn some sugar-free goodies.  The M&Ms and dead fish are a bit much)
