Just Words?
POTUS Obama gave his SOTU speech to a pretty lively crowd the other night. He didn’t need the columns, he had Biden and Pelosi behind him. Even though Nancy must have had ants in her pants jumping up and down all the time, the bracketing of their dear leader was complete.
But his speech was just words – they were not what was in his heart – his true socialist heart. Rush said it best:
“Those were just words from Obama last night. The most interesting thing was that they did indeed try to make him sound Reaganesque now and then, but he sounded totally socialist as well at the appropriate times. But the fact is, he knows he’s gotta sound conservative to sell this. Most people in this country, the way they live and their instincts, are conservative.” ~ Rush Limbaugh
As a regular reader (all three of you) you know I don’t trust this man, his agenda or the people that support him. I wouldn’t intentionally eat glass, but every time I hear his voice and lies, I feel like I have.
When Obama closed his speech, his fan-base heard the words, but those of us without blinders on or kool-aid in our veins understood clearly the horror behind them.
… “then someday years from now our children can tell their children that this was the time when we performed, in the words that are carved into this very chamber, ‘something worthy to be remembered.’” – Source
Something worthy to be remembered? Oh they will tell them alright. They will explain how a president who was too big for his britches with an ego the size of Texas stole their financial future from them to pay off debts to supporters and in an attempt to save a country he truly wanted to destroy.
Yes, the future generation, under Chinese rule, will remember those words Mr. President – because there won’t be a United States of America anymore. We will be in the history book as the best that failed because people listened to a man’s words, and ignored his actions.
Just Words? Yes. Hollow and used only to convince people to continue to follow the rabbit down the hole to hell.

I’d prefer it if you didn’t use the name of my state in any conjunction with Barack Obama…thanks so much.
LOL. Let’s pick another large state…California?

California would have been a better choice Stacey, considering how bad its economy is right now!

That’s the thing about Obama – he’s a fine speaker and “sounds” good, but his actual content is far from convincing, and I think he’s just going to make things worse during his time in office.

He does like the attention doesn’t he? Kinda has a media whoreship (is that a word) going. I imagine him as a dog chasing his tail until he’s dissy. Thank you for stopping by, do come again!
