I published a post on the same topic/reference and expect few will care. However, like you, I contacted my so-called elected reps and again expect few will care. I am at a loss to understand what is either apathy, indifference or agreement with what is going on in Washington and the state and local level. Did someone put something in the water? Nobody would be shoved to the side, no disease would be neglected. But we don't live in a perfect world and anyone who says that turning heathcare over to the government is the answer... is also apt to get a foot stictched on where their brain used to be. What we need is 300 million folks dedicated to a better future and not blindly hell bent on our new messiah. We are... as it stands right now, a nation ready to leap off the ledge on command.
