If you don’t live alone, do you think you would be able to, and if you do live alone, do you enjoy it? Why?
Yes, I lived alone for 7 years between my first marriage and this one. I actually believe it helped me prepare for the times when he was deployed. I can entertain myself. He still travels some for his new job now he’s retired so I’m still alone (except for Roscoe) at times. I don’t mind it, but I miss the conversations.

Oh I collapsed after that period and was taken to the hospital. My supervisor got in trouble for it. But it was awful.

We took Amtrak to Florida two years ago when we went to Universal Studios. What an experience…and mostly BAD experiences! I am not sure I would do that again…although it did save us a TON of money on the trip….

Have you ever rode on a train?
Once, when I was about 10 years old. The trip was rather short, from Savannah, Georgia to Charleston, SC but it was a fun ride.
What I would really love to do would be to go coast to coast on a train… like from New York to San Francisco.
