No.

Midnight Snack
If someone gives you a Christmas gift that you weren’t expecting to, do you give them one in return even though you didn’t plan on it?
No. Gifts are from the heart to someone you love, appreciate whatever. I don’t expect gifts from anyone, even hubby, and if they give me one, then I thank them. That also doesn’t mean they get one next year either. There are some co-workers I would rather jab a fork in my eye than deal with, but have given me gifts.
