Let’s remember one thing people … steady now … It’s Obama vs McCain, or McCain vs Obama … not Biden vs Palin, or Palin vs Obama. If Obama can’t figure out who he’s running against, maybe he really doesn’t need to be that close to the football uh?

Liberals are criticizing purity rings, because they are a false (not to mention flagrant) statement of abstinence. According to many, many studies, including those done by Columbia University and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, purity pledges are rarely kept. The kids who take this pledge are often only taught abstinence-only education. Therefore, when they do (about 88% of pledges DO NOT wait) break that pledge, they are less prepared concerning sexual education.
Another issue at the forefront are these ridiculous Jonas brothers. They flash their faith, and endorse these cool chastity rings, but how genuine is it? The oldest of the group wears a white punk-rock ring made by Tiffany. It sounds more like a fashion statement than a way of life.
