A lot of times we don’t see the forest for the trees. In the photo here, what do you see?

It has been an up and down week for me. Still fighting a cold, which now I believe is an allergic reaction to some medication I’m taking. I didn’t take if for two days and felt great! Took it yesterday and wham - sick again. Going to try going without it today and see how I feel. The bad part is its my high blood pressure medication.

Well looks like the son of South Carolina has fallen off his throne.  This portion of his press release says a lot about how people can get so enthralled in the lime light: “In the course of several campaigns, I started to believe that I was special and became increasingly egocentric and narcissistic.“  I really do feel for Mrs. Edwards.   May God give her and the children comfort in this time, and the Judge a huge divorce settlement

Are you watching the Olympics?  I’m not.  At least not on purpose.  Hubby wants to watch the shooting competition because he knows a couple people from Fort Benning on the team.  Guess I will have to see if NBC would even bother to televise it, since the US is represented by the evil military.

Tweets about the opening ceremonies had me chuckling.   Two separate people that I know do not follow each other mentioned something about what the Hungarian team was wearing.  So now I have to find out what they looked liked but alas, so far there are no pictures I can find.   If you find one, post the link in comments please?  Sunday Addition:  Tweeter @kathweaver gave me a link to some pictures of the athletes and if go here and click to the 3rd picture, you will see the Hungarian outfits.  1001 Dalmatians anyone?

I’ve started tweaking the theme some. Need to know how to contain the individual posts in their own box … hunting up the how-to on that this weekend.

Oh Facebook has updated their look.  I’m still getting use to it myself, but so far so good!

Okay people - I “just” upgraded to WP 2.6 and they are already discussing 2.7? (sigh)

• I may get this just for the fun of having it!

You know - there are some people where professional help just wouldn’t help.  Their minds are gone - totally gone.
