Welcome to the weekend!!!  It has been a very up and down week for me.  I had some job responsibility changes at work week before last and adjusting to the increased work load and added stress took its toll on Friday.  By noon I felt awful.  I’d been running a low grade fever and thought it was low sugar.  Nope.  My ears started closing up and my throat got scratchy … (sigh) … cold/flu whatever; it wasn’t good.

I headed on home.  No since staying and feeling worse hour by hour.  First, a stop at WalMart was necessary to get meds.  Like I tweeted in the parking lot … I am a 40+ grown women and I have to get approval from some half my age clerk to buy Tylenol Cold ??  You can thank all the meth freaks out there and the liberal law makers for that.   I think people that do meth, or make it, have a certain look about them.  Trust me on this folks …  I Do Not Remotely Look Like A Meth Freak!!!!  ::: grumble :::

I stopped and paid $3.65 for gas and then home, took the meds, popped on the laptop and sat there listening Rush’s afternoon 20th Anniversary show. 

Another thing I did was go over to Wordpress.org’s new theme browser.  Yes - I want a new theme.  This one is fine, but … boring.  You know what?  A lot of themes at Wordpress.org are … how do I put this nicely … butt ugly to be exact.  Not all of them, but those I looked at … ugly.   I really don’t want to pay for a theme because I get bored with themes so easily it would be a waste of money.   Must keep looking …

I have removed the Sitemeter code from the blog after finding out via Twitter its crashing blogs/websites.  No update yet as to the problem.  If you have a Wordpress Blog you can’t get signed into, add wp-admin to your URL and that should take you to the sign on screen.

What Social Network do you use?  Uh?  Okay - don’t be shy, tell us.  I’m not going to ask to follow you on Twitter, or add me as a friend on Facebook, I’m just curious is all.  Do you use StumbleUpon?  Digg?  (Note: I love Twitter.   I found out about the sitemeter problem because of people I follow!!)

delicious upgraded its look, which is great ‘cept it sucks being able to copy/paste links into the blog now (sigh) … here are the ones I have so far before I started pulling my hair out reformatting them:
