Drill Here. Drill Now. Pay Less.

by Jo | June 10th, 2008

There is a gal at work buying premium gas and grumbling about it daily.  Premium gas has been over $4 a gallon in my area for some time.  She can’t buy regular because the second-hand car she bought is one of those the manufacturer requires only premium gas be used.  If you are going to buy cars that require premium gas - stop bitching about it.  Get rid of the car and buy something that uses regular gas.

Yes, gas prices are up there (thank you liberals!!!) and all Barrack Hussein Obama wants to do is … drumroll … TAX!!!   I swear, these liberals were born with the word TAX!!! on their tongues and they haven’t been able to get the taste out of their mouths since.

Tell you what folks … what we need to do is “Drill Here.  Drill Now.  Pay Less.“   We are watching the Second season of “Ice Road Truckers” and the drivers from last year are not going to the diamond minds, but to natural gas rigs in Canada above the artic circle.   The Canadians are drilling …

Call your congress person … tell them to start drilling NOW!!!

Go to American Solutions and sign the petition that is going to be given to Congress demanding we start producing our own oil.

Pssst … did you know we have oil under our feet in North Dakota just waiting to be tapped??

  1. I swear that “only uses Premium gas” is B.S.

All of my trucks (dog hauling SUVs), have required it, and I refuse, if it won’t run on regular, it goes back.

And guess what, they both ran and run just fine.

  2. The Canadians are drilling. There are huge drilling operations run out of Edmonton, Alberta and they are drilling like crazy up there. Edmonton is the ‘cowboy’ part of Canada. My husband never has any problems dealing with those guys.

  3. The U.S. already gets a substantial amount of oil and gasoline from the oil shale in Alberta.

Maybe the folks who live in that region can describe what it’s like to live near such development.
