Expert First or Last

by Jo | May 27th, 2008

Do you get a new game and play to achieve the expert scores right away, or do you play it through first and then work on the better scores?

I do the later.

I’m currently working through Wedding Dash 2, part of the Diner Dash series.  I get all of mine from Playfirst.

Once I download a game, I play it.  By now, I understand the concepts in the Dash series, so reading the instructions or going through the tutorials are an option.

I play all the way through once - load my high score to the website, and then go back and try for expert.

What do you do?

  1. I used to play a number of online games, like Spades and Backgammon, at a place called the MSN Gaming Zone. But when they changed formats a few years ago and required use of the MSN Messenger device, I hung up my deck and tiles.

About the only two places I go anymore is a small Acrophobia site and the history quiz game at the History Channel website.

  2. Once I get the hang of it, I go for the Expert scores…especially on Diner Dash so I can get the cooler upgrades. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to play DD in awhile. My OS upgrade seems to have broken both DD games I have. Put a ticket in to Playfirst support several days ago, but haven’t heard back yet.
