In a continuing attack on the human being, socialist attack emotions in children.
via FoxNews.com
Mesa Public Schools always had rules against public displays of affection by students, but the administrators recently took additional steps to remind students what types of hugs and other activities, such as kissing, are unacceptable, according to MyFOXPhoenix.com.
“We really don’t want students having inappropriate behavior in the hallways,” Kathy Bariess, a school administrator, told the TV station, which reports that students who hug longer than two seconds will be broken up.
Note that hugging is being deemed “inappropriate”. So displays of affection, a human emotion, are “inappropriate”? Okay I can hear you brains ticking away — she means “blah blah blah”. Okay, maybe she does mean “blah blah blah”, then why doesn’t she say that? Because I bet its not true.
BTW, I did a search on my Google Reader for the word “hugs” and got 116 hits. The main reason for the word? People expressing thanks in the internet world to someone for their help, comforting words, etc.
These people in Arizona are truely in need of a hug. Then a quick slap to the face to wake them out of their socialist stuper!

It does appear to be a bit overeaching (no pun intended).
Breaking up hugs that last for more than two seconds… geez. Will there be hall monitors with stop-watches to time the encounters? And how do you break up a 3-second hug? Throw a penalty flag? Full body tackle?
They want children to be robots.

Now you know hugging is just a gateway for sexual harassment! After all, if they don’t stop the 3-second hugs now, next thing you know 6-year olds will be kissing one another and then 12-year olds will be taught how to put on condoms…
