I think it’s very weird. He openly admits that he doesn’t expect there to be any difference in the results, but he still wants a recount. Since he’s paying for it, I have no problem with it — I just wonder what his real reason for doing it might be.

My impression is that he really does not trust the “Clinton” machine, and either has some inside info the the reason for the polls being different than the outcome, or he just wants to keep the machine honest, (if that is possible).
