Doctor Doctor … Yucky News
For my last of the month Diabetes post, I talk about my doctor’s visit.
Can you say YUCK? I have been a bad patient. My A1C is up to 7.0 from 6.8 three months ago and my cholestoral went from 231 to 296 (please don’t pass out). Let’s not even go into how much my weight went up.

Only Taxes Can Support The Troops
Everyone is up in arms about Bill “I didn’t have sex with that women” Clinton flip-flopping on his support for the Iraq war. Psssssssst I say - who cares? If you don’t know by now that the Billary team are nothing but a bunch of liars, you need to get your head out of the [...]

Mel-Sucked to high heaven. Not only was there no rythm, the music was awful for these old ears.
Marie-Cute and more dancing than Mel had. I do not agree with the low judges; scores, but she’s done better.

Unsafe Driving Choices by Diabetics
I have had one instance where my sugar became too low while I was driving.
It was my own fault. I had been at a wives function and didn’t eat enough, had a class of wine AND my daily shot of Lantus. I shouldn’t have had the glass of wine, nor the shot - but I [...]
Dogs’ Nose Knows
Can dogs sense when a diabetic is having a low? Well I can’t see why not — everyone knows that a dog can pick up smells you and I thought we’d covered up. Just try and keep a dog from licking at something you’ve thought you cleaned up. I’ve seen our two go after a spot on [...]
