Now this just pisses me off to know no end. I refuse to even go to these sites. I want to read the book without knowing. Bad bad people that want to ruin it for everyone. I hope they are found and prosecuted.
| In the final days before the world learns whether Harry Potter lives or dies, spoilers — or those pretending to spoil — are spreading on the Internet. |
|
On Tuesday, digital images of what may be the entire text of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” including 36 chapters and a seven-page epilogue, were circulating among Web users. The book was apparently photographed as it lay on a carpet speckled with green and red, a hand at the bottom holding down the pages.

A separate link, http://www.zendurl.com/h/hallows, also displayed a seven-page epilogue and a 36-chapter table of contents from “Deathly Hallows,” coming out July 21 under ultra-tight security.

Jo,
I would have to agree with you. I won’t be doing any Harry Potter searching during the next few months.
I’m trying to get caught up on the books. I’m on Book 1 now (half-way through), and I’ll be buying books 2-7 over the next few weeks.

I am completely with you there, Jo! My fiance and I are getting our books at midnight Friday night (Saturday morning) at a book release party here in Birmingham. After that, we are unplugging the phone and internet while we read this weekend.

I have my copy on reserve at Barns & Nobles, so should be able to get it Saturday sometime and yup — it should be an all-nighter!

I can’t believe these pr**ks that publish reviews and spoilers on the new book. I’ve got a copy on pre-order for my son that we’ll pick up Saturday at Borders. Pisses me off to no end.
