Yup — he lost. Thank you god!! Of course it should have been thrown out as soon as it was filed. This is the reason everyone hates and do not trust lawyers.
WASHINGTON — A judge ruled Monday in favor of a dry cleaner that was sued for $54 million over a missing pair of pants.
The owners of Custom Cleaners did not violate the city’s Consumer Protection Act by failing to live up to Roy L. Pearson’s expectations of the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” sign that was once placed in the store window, District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff ruled.
Bartnoff ordered Pearson to pay the court costs of defendants Soo Chung, Jin Nam Chung and Ki Y. Chung.

I heard on the news that the Chungs will probably go back to Korea, their legal bills have broke them. The whole lawsuit was a jawdropper. The guy lost his job. I think he’s in need of some good mental health support.

Even if the guy is ordered to pay their legal fees - would he? He’s already proven its a jerk-off, so they may have lost so much business (and face) they can’t afford to stay here.
