News is Avandia “may”; I repeat “may” increase one’s risk of a cardiac event.  Avandia is the first medication my doctor put me on when I was diagonsed a T2 Diabetic.  (I don’t take but one oral medication now and its not in the line of Avandia drugs.)  Now hearing the story on Fox last night (a Shepherd Smith “everything is a Fox News Alert” [eye roll]), and reading the AP story via Yahoo! News, I’m wondering if people with heart problems and diabetes aren’t blaming Avandia?  All the information isn’t out there yet I fear, but their stocks are dropping and you can bet doctors around the country are going to be writing scripts for Actos today.

“24″ Day 6 in the can for the viewers and Jack looking over the surf from the Heller house at the end, and then focasing in on something out of sight will give us something to talk about until January ’08.   Every great TV show “jumps the shark” for a season, or several shows until they get back on track. ”24″ took us on a meandering weave of sleep and action, but wrapped up a some couples storylines and now we wait.  It wasn’t their best – Season (Day) 1 will always be the best in my book.   So we wait.
