The start of a new week and can we already be wishing for Friday?  

We had a busy weekend.  Our lawn guy hasn’t mowed in his normal 15 days and I noticed Saturday he hadn’t even mowed his.  I do hope everything is okay with him and his family. Hubby’s friend that also uses him is going to try and find out for us.  This meant that hubby had to drag out the John Deere and do the yard himself (gasp).  A new battery later and the yard looks amazing!  The weed eater has to be replaced too.  The trees and bushes need triming now, but at least our neighbors won’t wonder if we’ve fallen off the planet.

You’ve heard of the Tempurpedic matterasses I’m sure; Sean Hannity talks about his a lot.   With hubby’s bad back, I’m always looking for something to help him sleep better.  He just cannot get comfortable.  Having faith in QVC, I went there to see what they had, and purchased a Bodiopedic mattress topper.  After getting it in Friday and letting it “expand” after removing from the sealed packaging overnight, we tried it out Saturday  night.  We both woke up in the same position we laid down in.  And hubby’s back didn’t  hurt this Sunday morning!  This is the main problem we’ve both had.  Tossing and turning all night to get comfortable.  I would recommend it. 

One more thing before I head off to work.  We watched the movie “The Queen” this weekend.  Its about the week after Princess Diana’s death – a look at the Royals and how they handled it.  We would recommend it.
