Heard about the rains and then earthquake in Afghanistan? Probably not if you don’t follow the news from that part of the world. Hubby still does. Those poor people had nothing and that taken by the Taliban, then a war because of the Taliban’s “guest” and now while they are trying to rebuild, this. God help them – I know the U.S. will.

I’ve been playing a lot of online and downloaded games lately.  They help me relax me and was great while hubby was gone. Right now I have four villages going with Virtual Villagers 2: The Lost Children. Check it out if you like real timed games.

Rush is such a hoot and got a real chuckle out of the “Helicopter BBQ Squad” being put together in Belgium.  I think this Gore lie of Global Warming is going to far; but then again, most liberals will come up with some smoke screen to divert you away from the real issues of the world.  Sure, let’s protect Mother Earth – she’s the only one we got, but taxes on backyard eating?  Pleeaazzee.

Did you hear that the dimwits wanting the Global War on Terror phrase banned?  Wonder what they will do with the medals that soldiers are being awarded for fighting in the GWOT?  Hubby says they can’t have his.  (Sigh)
