I’m Not Surprised
Why is everyone so surprised about what Barbara Boxer said to Secretary of State Rice? I mean, by now, anything that comes out of a liberal’s mouth shouldn’t be a surprise.
It should be expected.
I hear similar crap all the time on Sean Hannity’s show with people calling in saying that Sean wasn’t in the military so he needs to shut up about what the military does. You don’t have to have first hand experience of something to have knowledge. Historians study all their lives and are experts on history, but didn’t have to jump some time machine and “be there.”
Ms. Boxer is a liberal shrew who cannot understand why another women wouldn’t bow to society pressures, marry, have 4 kids and a white picket fence. The supposed progressive women in our government, on the liberal side, cannot stomach the fact this women has more knowledge in one fingernail than they do for a lifetime of living. They respect, adore, hold-up as an example a women who got to where she was on the coattails of her husband – and of course had a child; so she fits in with “their” idea of the perfect women.
Dr. Rice is an example of what a person, not just women or a black, but a person can attain in their life with hard work and dedication. Her goals appear to not include the need for a man or children – and men do this every day and its admired, but let a women do the same thing, and other women slam the glass ceiling down on their heads.
Its a said state of affairs – and a glaring example of the insulation of liberals in power – when an accomplished person cannot be respected or treated with respect due their office.
So folks don’t be surprised what comes out of a liberal’s mouth. They’ve been saying this all along, but now they are so drunk with power, they are letting the facade slip.
Note it, remember it – because if we keep this monsters in power, we will pay a dear price in the end.

You’re right, Jo. I’m not surprised either, just saddened and infuriated. I keep hoping that the public will realize how horrible these people are and quit voting for them.

I blogged a bit about Boxer, too. I was watching the broadcasted hearing on C-SPAN and saw Condi’s face when Boxer made the rude remark. She was rightfully taken aback.
Liberal women tell us over and over who they are. We should listen to them.
