reading.jpgWhat book are you currently reading?

I have to many to read!

I started “Culture Warrior” by Bill O’Reilly and finished “Born In Death” by J.D. Robb.

But as I was shopping today, I decided some sappy romance was in order, and walked out of the grocery store with two of them and one true crime.   Help me I’ll be reading through January 17th!

Here is what I have available:

Twice Kissed” by Lisa Jackson – started, got bored with it.

Faithless” by Karin Slaughter, started but it got put down and hidden under other stuff until today.

Showdown” by Ted Dekker.  I’ve read two chapters, it’s going to the library.  NOT my style.

Born to be Wild” by Catherine Coulter

Bloodlines” by Jan Burke.  Found it in the car?!

Monday Mourning” by Kathy Reichs

The Bourne Ultimatum” by Robert Ludlem.  May just wait on the movie.

Today I got:

No Regrets” by Ann Rule

Sugar and Spice” – an anthology with Fern Michaels, Beverly Barton, Joanne Fluke and Shrley Jump.  Sappy Christmas related romance novelets.

Gifts of Love” – an anthology by Kay Hooper and Lisa Kleypas.

Think I’m set?

What are YOU reading, or have laying around to be read?

I’m currently reading Bob Woodward’s ‘State of Denial’.

    Waiting to be read-

The Greatest Story ever sold by Frank Rich
In defense of internment by Michelle Malkin
    My Life by Bill Clinton
    Journalistic Fraud by Bob Kohn
Castles of Steel by Robert Massie
The Rape of Nanking by Iris Chang
Off with their heads by Dick Morris
    China wakes by Nicholas Kristoff
Ten minutes from Normal by Karen Hughes

Now it’s my turn by Mary Cheney
    Dean Acheson by Robert Beisner

There are a few other books waiting around to be read too.

From the list you can see I like to read non-fiction and from very differing points of view. Malkin and Rich?

The same could be said for books I completed recently-

    Mark Levin’s Men in Black
    Thomas Ricks’ Fiasco
    Frederick Forsyth’s The Afghan

I just finished Nelson Demille’s “Wild Fire,” and about to start on “the Big Over Easy” by Jasper Fforde.

Nothing particularly interesting for me in the non-fiction front.

Waiting for the new Carl Hiaison book to be available at the library, which I will head over to later today, since they are closed wed.

I also have a few on my PDA, which I read when I am sitting in meetings

I am currently reading “Shut Up and Sing” by Laura Ingraham, finally out in paperback, and also “My FBI” by Louis Freeh. Also reading “Blogs of War” by Matt Burden. All good.
The stack(s) of books on the to-read list are too numerous to think about! I keep adding to the stacks before completing others.
