While this flier is in English and Spanish, there is no PAID FOR disclaimer on the piece that is required in most states.  Our supporters in Texas are encouraged to contact the Texas Board of elections to determine if this hand out is violating state law by not having information about who paid for the piece visible.

The flier reads

“Your Voice Matters.  Make sure you are heard.  Vote DEMOCRAT in 2006″

While many libs may back away from accepting responsibility for this, the support is out there to “give Texas back” to Mexico.

I don’t know about you guys, but I prefer English as a “first” language; not a second.

Another reason to really think about your vote on the 7th — do you want to be American or Mexican?
