The Planned Impeachment of a President

Don’t let them fool you:

From National Journal, Richard E. Cohn writes:

The two party leaders, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., are promoting a six-prong “New Direction for America” agenda — their so-called “Six for ‘06.” Pelosi has also promised that within 100 hours after taking control of the House on January 3, Democrats will pass legislation to increase the minimum wage, mandate the negotiation of Medicare prescription drug prices, fully implement the recommendations of the 9/11 commission, and repeal tax benefits for big oil companies.  

Pelosi may deny wanting to start impeachment hearings, but she hasn’t taken off the table hearings into the Iraq war, but would use her supeona powers provided in HR635, which also calls for impeachment hearings. 

While Pelosi insisted she had no plans for an impeachment probe, she did acknowledge that she would use her newfound subpoena power to “have hearings on [the Iraq] war” – the same topic covered by HR 635.

Asked if she would take impeachment “off the table,” Pelosi said: “You never know where the facts take you for any president. But that’s not what we’re about.“

Double talk.  Don’t believe her for one minute. If HR635 passes, it will provide for investigations into the President in reference to the Iraq War and they will  use that bill to start impeachment hearings against him because of that investigation.

The Libs call Iraq a vietnam quaqmire, but that is exactly what Washington will be if we allow the Libs to control the congress for two years.

But the most important thing at stake here is the push back of the islamic-nazism that is engulfing the world.  They want to destroy us.  Let the libs into power, and they will open the door to just that.
