		<description>That&#039;s a tough one.  The boycott in 1980 caused so many athletes to lose their only chance to compete.  Some of them had trained for years just for that opportunity.  It&#039;s hard to punish them for wanting to represent the US with pride just because the Olympic Committee chose to let China host this time.

I guess it&#039;s one of those &quot;wait and see&quot; decisions...</description>
