Six am this morning Bubba and I are in the drive-thru at McDonalds. There are a few cars in the parking lot that apparently belong to employees.
From the speaker I hear, “One moment please.”
Me: “Do what? Wait for what? I’m the only customer here!”
She took my order.
And yup — they screwed it up. Couldn’t get one egg mcmuffin right for your only damn customer at six am.

Hee hee! That’s funny because it’s more common that it should be. Or maybe that makes it not funny. At any rate, what were you doing up so early?? My fast food motto is ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER IN THE BAG!!!
You haven’t seen bad service until you’ve been to a Burger King on a military base. These people are SO SLOW and SO WRONG so much of the time. Pretty pathetic. Come on, folks, it’s lunch time! Have the burgers on the grill!
My 14 year old son says he wants to work at Burger King just to teach them how to do it.

Oh Amy, those people on post are so bad it’s funny. I won’t even eat at a Burger King “off” post. As for why I was up so early, I’m up normally at 5:45 am each work day, so get up around that time on the weekends too — I’d actually been up since 5:30 :lol:
