Dial Up – AOL HELL!
My DSL modem bit the dust. I’m having to connet
through AOL HELL! It is the worst connection on the planet!
Update: Was able to get a straight dial into my Bellsouth account, so AOL doesn’t have to be used! Yippee!
I thought the Specials were going to have to open trackbacks, but even though this connection is slow, it’s not as bad as AOL HELL and more stable, so I can continue on … just at a turtle pace.
Thank you!

Ugh! Nothing less fun than a situation where you have to consider installing AOL to fix it

Fortunately it was already install in the system, but I forgot how damned awful the whole AOL system is. I’m going to go ahead and call them this weekend and cancel them completely. Wonder if I’ll need to tape the conversation for later showing on Fox News?

My local credit union had to cancel all the credit cards of people who had AOL. Apparently AOL tried to charge everyone a $1 to see if the accounts were still active. Luckly the CU stopped the transaction and now has to issue everyone new back cards, credit cards, debit cards etc thanks to AOL. I am unaware on any legal action Redstone Credit Union is going to take against AOL.
