Jo's Cafe

A local couple on a business trip to Beirut has been trapped due to the recent actions of terrorists in the area.

The local news reported on the sitution and did not mention the couple’s name  or where they exactly are in Beirut.

They’ve asked that, for security and job purposes, we don’t reveal their names or show their faces. 

But they did show, and name, the wife’s sister!?  Hello?  Smith Station, Alabama is a small town — one of those you know most everyone type southern towns.  How long do you think it would take anyone to figure out who the couple is?

For their safety?  What type of business do you have in a terrorist onclave?  But then this statement said it all from the husband:

“Very beautiful place, beautiful country, beautiful people,” he said.  “It’s just a real shame what’s going on right now.”

I hope they are okay and can get out soon.  

But if one goes to bed with terrorists … don’t complain about the outcome.
