Now the Dead can Vote in Georgia

You think I’m kidding?

Activist Judge Allows Illegal Aliens, Dead People and Felons to Vote
by Jim Kouri, CPP

… Superior Court Judge Melvin Westmoreland’s ruling that, Georgia’s law requiring voters to show identification is unconstitutional, is allowing illegal aliens, felons and dead folks to continue voting in Georgia.

The judge struck down a newly enacted law that requires Georgia voters to present government-issued photo identification cards before they are allowed to cast a ballot. He said the requirement violated the State Constitution by placing an undue burden on the fundamental right to vote.

Although the Georgia legislature passed the requirement, Judge Westmoreland said such a change would require citizens to approve an amendment to the State Constitution, which now stipulates that voters must be 18 years old, mentally competent and state residents.

The liberals cannot stand the fact that the majority of the people in this country want voting to go smoothly and legally.  If you cannot prove you are a citizen of this country, or alive (tongue/cheek), then you shouldn’t be able to vote.  I have no problem presenting my identification when asked — I’m proud to be a born-American and a citizen of this great land.

Government officials immediately vowed to appeal the ruling to the Georgia Supreme Court. Gov. Sonny Perdue, a Republican, who signed the measure into law earlier this year, said it was needed to ensure the integrity of elections in the state.

“The sad fact is that dead people have cast votes in Georgia and — before this law is implemented — there was no way to tell how many deceased voters, felons or even illegal aliens may have been casting ballots in Georgia elections,” Mr. Perdue said in a press statement issued on Friday.

The left need voters and instead of building up a platform that has substance that people in this country can dig their teeth into, they want to cheat their way into offices.  They are not honest people — honest people would want honest elections.  Going about screaming about voter fraud all the time is what lead states to enact identification laws for voting, but the left cannot see their own caterwauling is what brought these laws into being.

No, they believe that having to prove you are who you say you are violates someone’s rights.  They also claim that it would keep the poor and blacks from voting.  Let me ask you something — how does this work?  I can’t get my head wrapped around the fact with that statement they are saying all poor and all blacks don’t have IDs.  They are using that paint brush again.  Driving around yesterday, I noticed several black folks driving.  So that means at least 99.9% of these people had drivers’ licenses, ie: State Issued Identification.  I also observed people making purchases with food stamps, ie: poor, but they also had IDs, ie: State Issued Identification.  I know that Alabama issues ID cards if you aren’t old enough to drive, or don’t drive.  They don’t cost that much, so what’s the problem?  Liberals make it sound like it cost a major Trump fortune to obtain an identification card.

The cost of a drivers’ license in Alabama is $23, plus a one time $5 fee for a background check if moving in from another state.  Doesn’t sound too explensive to me does it?  I don’t know if they run a background check on you for an ID card, but even if they do, it’s a one time fee and the renewals are $23 thereafter.

BUT Georgia, it’s actually CHEAPER!!! to get an ID card.

Any person that is old enough to sign their name, or make a mark indicating their legal signature can apply to the DDS for a identification card. You must provide acceptable proof of identification. You can apply for an identification card if your Georgia driver license is suspended or revoked. You do not have to surrender a Georgia identification card when you get a Georgia driver license or your Georgia driver license is reinstated.

A identification card contains the same personal information, photo, signature and special protection against alteration and fraud as a driver license. The cost of the Identification Card is $20.00 for 5 years or $35 for a card valid 10 years.

Give me a break folks — the liberals just don’t want to do anything honestly.

Jo… What’s going on in this country? That is GARBAGE! I didn’t read the post because it was too long and I’m too lazy, but I definitely oppose dead people, illegals and felons voting.
