Sounds like William Jefferson, Democrat from Louisana, is evidently complaining about being “judged” before going to Court:
He said he told them his removal from the committee would be unprecedented and unfair because the caucus’ disciplinary rules do not provide for suspension of a member who has not been indicted. Source
I wonder if he can now empathise with the Marine’s being held in Camp Pendleton and being attacked daily by John Murtha “BEFORE” they get their day in court?

I agree. These Marines have already been deemed guilty, as are the 3 from NC of the Duke sports team. I wonder how long the phrase “to be judged by 12 than carried by 6″ will be reversed?
