Jo’s Cafe

This week Jo’s Cafe hits the “One Year” mark.  I was shocked it’s already been that long when I received my domain renewal notice.  Holy Cow!!

What does it mean to me?  I lot really.  I stuck with this.  I still enjoy this.  I love the internet.  On average I get between 55 - 60 visitors a day, not including those days I do Blog Explosion.  I have posted about anything and everything that hits my fancy, from open-toe sandals, to military events I have attended on post.  This is truely amazing.   I don’t want to be some big huge blog that gets to the point I have to give up my day job to maintain it.  I want to have fun — laugh, cry and just vent when necessary. 

The highest category with the most posts is the Specials of the Day - 321. 

The next highest is the News category with 276

The Blogging and Diabetes category each have 116.

There are 1,352 posts and 4,087 comments.

Not bad for a little blogger from central Alabama who is an Armywife, Conservative, has a thyroid condition and Type II Diabetes.

On August 15th, 2005 I asked my friend Trelaina to join me.  No longer stuck to just comment, she posted several great posts.

Basil — you made my day everytime you tracked a post of mine to your Picnics.

Will I be around in another year?  I hope so.
