The Court specifically ruled so in the case of an illegal alien. I'm not a lawyer, but I think that means illegal immigrants can: - participate in public assemblies; - wave flags and speak their minds in public; - be free from unusual search and seizure, which I understand to mean the police must have reasonable suspicion that a specific person has committed a criminal act. Those are some of the freedoms that you, me, and your husband all volunteered to defend, right? I suspect you already know that any case made by rounding up a peaceful assembly to check ID's would be thrown out of court immediately. Jo,
