Thank god for recaps. I missed last week’s show due to a bad thunderstorm with tornado warnings. I see that Logan initiated a curfew/martial law. CTU is being absorbed by Home Land?? Wayne Palmer on his way to see Aaron; has something from David. His car goes off the road in a hail of gunfire. He runs though a culvert. Jack gets the German Agent on the roof. Then he takes the female in custody; and tells her Audrey gave her the codes; that she sold her the information. Does Audrey have a price?

Bill asks Chloe to check out Audrey’s activities for the last 18 months. Chloe is shocked. Bill takes Audrey into custody for passing information to the terrorist. Audrey denies everything. One mole already in the Whitehouse, we can’t take any chances. (What about Chloe’s one night stand?) Audrey wants to know if Jack knows? “Yes,” Bill says, “he sanctioned it.

Stenger keeps running her mouth while Jack has her in custody. He threatens her if she’s lying. Audrey’s in holding and here comes the med cart they used on Henderson. Bill doesn’t like it; but Hayes says it’s warranted. We can torture our own people but not a criminal? (Of course, thanks to the ACLU). Jack wants to do the interrogation. Hayes doesn’t want him to. “Your feelings could get involved Jack,” she brings up Nina. If you are wrong Hayes, Audrey’s father is going to eat you alive. Remember him, the Sec Def? Hayes agrees to let Jack talk to Audrey.

Jack is pissed folks … royally.

The terrorists get control of a patrol car and use it to escort them to their final destination with the canisters.

Jack asks Chloe about Audrey. They found a connection between Audrey and Walt – they both stayed at a hotel. They stayed in the same room. The manager has receipts. Jack is dumbfounded. He asks Chloe to get copies of everything for him. Damn Jack, who hasn’t betrayed you lately?

Sherry from Section 5 comes in and reports to Chloe. She’s there to replace Edgar. She tells Chloe she’s sorry; Chloe thanks here and directs her to Edgar’s workstation. She eyeballs Papazian; like she knew him in the biblical way once?

Jack enters the interrogation room and tells Audrey to sit down. He gives her a picture of Stenger and asks if she ever had any contact. Audrey denies anything; and asks what the terrorist told her. Why am I a suspect if Stenger can’t give you more than just my name? Jack asks if the Sec Def is involved. He shows her pictures of Walt and Henderson. She denies about Henderson and stutters on Walt. She said they met a couple times a DOD briefing, that is it. Jack gives her the file that Chloe gave him. She admits sleeping with Walt. Just once, then broke it off. Why? “Because it wasn’t you”, Audrey says. “I didn’t tell you because he turned out to be a traitor and I thought you’d think less of me. Jack moves the table and wraps his hand around her neck. Tell me what you know or this will get very unpleasant. Do what you have to, I’m telling you the truth – I swear. Karen says he didn’t push her hard enough. Bill is certain she’s not guilt. Karen sends Burke in and tells Bill to make sure Jack doesn’t interfere.

Papazian tells Sherry she’s not qualified for Level 3 work. He says on her first mistake, he yanks her provisional status. Chloe wants to know what is going on. It’s a sexual harassment thing from years ago. He got off with a warning because there wasn’t enough information to go to trial. Doesn’t add a damn thing to the show folks!
Bill tells Jack what is going on about Audrey and the medical interrogation. Jack tells Burke to get out of his way and fights Burke but they tazer him.

Henderson gets a phone call and asks if Wayne Palmer is dead yet. No, he got away. Aaron tries to get Wayne on his cell phone but only gets his voice mail. He asks another agent if he was cleared. “Yes, 30 minutes ago.” Aaron is going to go out there and look for him. Don’t tell anyone.

Hayes tells Jack to calm down. He tells her that Audrey is innocent. Henderson used Audrey to get to me. “This is my job. You need to be interrogating Stenger.” We can’t because of the immunity. Jack asks to let Chloe and him find out if Stenger is lying and then her immunity is void.

Papazian goes after Sherry about some missing information. Chloe stands up for her. “She told you about my sexual harassment charge?” Chloe reminds him that they are looking for nerve gas and if ihe interrupts them again, she’ll file a complaint and “then you’ll see what protocol is all about.” Sherry thanks Chloe.

Jack tells Chloe we have to find connections to help Audrey. Henderson may have given Stenger Audrey’s name.

The terrorists pull up to a gate saying they have a delivery and the guard wants to check it out – and gets shot in the back. They go through the gate. I don’t know where they are going since I missed the last show. They move the canisters into a building. The find two employees and tell them to take them to the control room and shoots one of them when they refuse. Cooperate and no more of your friends will die. Liar! The employee unlocks the control room door and the terrorists go in with guns pointed. Bierko tells them, “We are going to release a substance in your pipes. The substance needs the pressure reduced. ” The one guy tells “Sam” not to do it and is shot. The PSI needs to be cut in half and could take an hour. Bierko threatens another employee and tells Sam he has 15 minutes.

Aaron is out in the woods looking for Wayne and someone has a gun trained on him and tells Aaron to drop the gun and move away from it. He tells Aaron to get on his knees and Aaron recognizes his voice. “Mr. Palmer?” What are you doing out here Aaron? Looking for you!

Audrey is going through medical interrogation with Burke. Henderson placed 8 calls to Stenger. Bill, call the president, and rescind Stenger’s order of immunity. Jack tells Stenger that she lied and her immunity is being voided. He knocks the guard out and takes his gun and points it at Stenger. He tells her, “You do not want to try me.” She admits her connection to Henderson. You have 3 seconds to tell me where the target is. A natural gas distribution center. “I don’t know which one, I swear.” He chambers a round and points it at her head and she still denies knowing which center.

Jack tells Bill about the natural gas distribution center. They need to get Chloe on it. Burke is still working on Audrey; she screams out. Jack runs in and yells at him to shut it down. Jack tells Audrey it’s over. Henderson set you up to get to me. He hugs Audrey, and then kiss. Oh please Jack, rein in the hormones. His cell phone rings, they need him on the floor.
Chloe is looking at the satellite feed of the distribution centers. Once the gas hits the pipes, it will be impossible to stop. 90,000 X 2 of casualties. Sherry tells Bill about the pressure having to be lowered, something she learned in college. Chloe zeros in on one that has its PSI dropping down to 75%. Bill accidentally touches Sherry and she says it was wrong. Chloe’s like “get a grip girlfriend.”

Aaron and Wayne in the woods; a rocket is shot at them. They fire back. Aaron gets Wayne in his car and takes off. Hope he had the armored car.

Jack in a helicopter headed to the distribution center. Chloe tells Jack tells where the control room is; and that the pressure is dropping. The terrorists are prepping the canisters. Jack asks about heat signatures, yes, but only the two on the outside. The pilot knows where to land to keep from being seen or heard.

The team fast ropes out of the helicopter.

The PSI is down to 54%.

The team works their way into the center. The PSI is still dropping. They take out a couple terrorist guards and move on. They get to the control room and look inside; 4 terrorists. They enter a door and aren’t seen or heard. Oops, spoke too soon. Jack gets one. Shoot out.

The PSI is at 50%, and the Bierko keys in the code to set off the canisters and away their little tops go. The gas is being released. The team clears the room and see the monitor showing the gas is being released. Sam tells them it would take too long to shut it down before it gets in the lines. They have to ignite the gas before it leaves the plant. Jack tells Bill it’s the last chance they have to stop the gas. Are they going to blow the whole dang plant?

Jack sets the C4 for 30 seconds. They start running to get out. 17 seconds. Curtis has everyone on the roof. Jack are you clear? Jack? Jack respond!! Come on Jack, do the mile in 2 seconds. He’s running with explosions going off behind him and falls down. Curtis sees him. Jack sees Bierko and goes back in after him. Bierko is knocked down from an explosion and Jack goes to him and they start fighting. Jack drags him in the police car and there is one last explosion around the car.
