It couldn’t have lasted — they went too many games in a row on a high note. For some reason, they have to have a bottom-of-the-barrel game every few weeks.
Better the NFC Championship than the Super Bowl, I suppose.
What really kills me is that if they’d won a couple of the games they should have won, they wouldn’t have had to fight so hard to get here (and probably wouldn’t be as injured or tired).
Sigh.

I watched it off and on — it was murder every time I turned the channel. There always is next year .. remember, not every team had even this kind of chance or got this far.

True….let’s hope next year they add another decent running back so the whole game doesn’t tip on how Steve Smith is covered! Geez.
