I never understood how the media interprets the First Amendment to mean they can protect their sources. I was in 100% agreement with putting that reporter behind bars.

I wasn't complaining about anyone breaking the law, I'm complaining about the leaky jury in Washington. But then again -- reading and comprehending might be hard for some folks!

If you broke the law shouldn't you be punished? I thought that was the basic foundation of the American Legal system. Innocent until proven guilty but if misdeeds are found then you should not be above the law. Why would that change? Ronnie and Fitz are just doing their jobs.

I'm not in favor of a lot of extra laws, but it sure sounds to me like we need one: If you testify before a grand jury and then disclose that information, you are guilty of a misdemeanor...

Jo, what we've needed is an entity where we can drag members of the MSM and force them to tell us who their anonymous or alluded to souces are. In my mind, these are either something the reporter makes up to say what the reporter has no proof of, or they are people who aren't telling the truth, but whisper thier lies from the shadows.

The media needs to have this bad habit or dirty trick taken away from them before they can get back to honest reporting.
