Obligation
I was listening to “Cashing In” via XM on the way back from the beauty shop and Neil had this guy on talking about how after a disaster like Katrina and/or Rita that it is the governments “obligation” to help the people effected recover to the state they were before said disaster.
Where is that written down please? Sounds like socialism to me.

Yeah, it’s there — in the section where it says that the government is obligated to give everyone enough money to live on, even if they are perfectly capable of working….
