		<description>Actually, since I have the blog set to notify me at my g-mail account when something is posted, I open the email, follow the link from the poster ... if the link to my post is there, then I do no more.  But since I still have a small readership, I can do this. </description>

		<description>It can take a lot of time to keep up with the trackbacks. I hardly have time to find posts to include in my daily specials plus write my own posts, let alone keep up with who is following the rules.
