It seems as though these stories of abuse and neglect are becoming far too frequent. And for the foster "parents" to think this was okay? What, did they learn this when they were being educated on foster parenting? They need a serious whack upside the head (well, more than that really). Hey - that Dohmers guy (spell?) came from northeast Ohio too! Then there were some presidents also. Just last month they found an abnormal rate of un-wed mothers living in Canton, OH - another Northeast Ohio Democrat segment! Hmmm - the whole Norheast Ohio area could really be something special - they've chased everyone who EARNS money away! After living in the D.C. area for nearly 20 years - some how my LA husband of 30 years, upon retiring after 22 years in the Army, decided to move here - - - - H E L P!!
