Stop the ACLU Thursday Blogburst
Unfortunately this week, I don’t have anything ready for the Stop the ACLU Blogburst. But I’m sure the others on the blogroll have something out there wonderful.
Go here to go through the Stop the ACLU blogroll and see what other’s have done for this day.
Then jet on over to the official website here and see what Jay and the bunch have put together.
Remember: The ACLU hates America and is not really out there to do anything for the normal citizen. If you’re Arab, a sex-offender, murderer on death row, or hate the Chrisitian relgion though, you can bet they’ll be on your side.
This was a production of Stop The ACLU Blogburst! If you would like to join us, register at the Protest The ACLU Portal. You will be added to our mailing list and emailed further instructions. Category : ACLU | Tags :

Apparently YOU and your ACLU-bashing buddies really hate America. Or why do you want to push your Christian beliefs on everyone else? It’s not what the America I know used to be about.
In THAT America, I could proudly be an Atheist (which I am), gay (which Iam not) or anything else I wanted to be that did not cross the line of diminishing OTHER people’s rights.
That is ALL the ACLU is fighting for. While the Christina right feels that married homosexuals somehow diminish the value of thier own marriages, apparently. Why? My wife and I would happily extend the joy we feel in being married to each other to loving gay couples.

Down with the ACLU!
In THAT America, I could proudly be an Atheist (which I am), gay (which Iam not) or anything else I wanted to be that did not cross the line of diminishing OTHER people’s rights.
But you support them in their efforts to diminish our rights to freedom of religion…
Funny how you make these comments yet you do not currently reside in the US. Lady of leisure? I can only imagine what that means…

@opforsoldier:
Well, guess away, buddy. Or why don’t you just ASK my wife?
Anyways, I do not support anybodys efforts to diminish other people’s rights. Yet, the ACLU does no such thing. In fact, they have even FOUGHT FOR Chritians’ rights to post (quite offensive!) messages, AS LONG AS IT WAS ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY.
And that is all there is to it:
I am all for freedom of religion, but I object to Chritians being able to use TAX MONEY for proselytizing in any form. This has therefore nothing to do with curbing your right to freedom of religion, but everything with preserving my right to freedom FROM religion.
To each his own I say, and let’s get out of each others hair.

P.S.: What has NOT residing in the US to do with that? Am I or my wife now traitors for simply leaving shore? Jeez, you rednecks… speaking like red commies these days. Remember, it was seen as traitorous to leave East Germany, too – when the Commies ruled there!

I never said you were a traitor but you sure are quick to try and put words into peoples mouths, aren’t you.
As for the redneck, if that means being a proud American then hell yes I am a redneck. However if that means I have to suffer through 500 miles of left turns or sell my very nice house and move into a trailer park your barking up the wrong tree.
I always love it when people cannot argue with intelligence so they start in with the name calling. Cracks me up every time.
